Free-of-charge cancellation of the reservation is possible until 29.10.08. In case of cancellation after this date a cancellation fee of 80-100 % will apply. For any changes of reservations a manipulation fee of EUR 18,- will apply by TRADEFAIRS.com. In terms of an overall cancellation a cancellation fee of EUR 25,- will apply per room.
