What personal data are collected and processed?
You can visit our websites without any necessity for us to get any personal data from you. We only learn the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you reached us, the technical version of your browser and operating system and the individual pages that you looked at while you were visiting us. Therefore, it is not possible to compile personal profiles. Personal data are only collected and processed if you take advantage of certain services.
For what purpose do we collect and process personal data?
As we are constantly at pains to improve the services we provide to our customers in an ongoing process, e.g. through individualisation, the above-mentioned general data are subjected to anonymous statistical analysis. If you take advantage of services, as a rule we only collect the data that we require in order to provide such services. To the extent that we request additional data, that data consists of voluntary information (input fields that are not marked as mandatory, i.e. optional). Processing of personal data is implemented exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service and to safeguard our own legitimate business interests.
